BOOBOIR

Booboir is a big art project to raise money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer, a charity that is committed to fighting breast cancer through research, campaigning and education. We are asking women to donate and illustrate/write a thought or story on their old bra(s). You are welcome to use any medium when illustrating your ideas on your bras. Your bra is your canvas. We are aiming to get celebrity bras as well as bras from people from all walks of life all over the world.

Each week the best illustrated bra will be photographed and displayed on the Booboir website. The bras will then carefully be used for the Booboir installation and displayed in a way that celebrates their diversity. Photographs of the final installation will feature on the Booboir website. All blank bras sent will be used in the installation as well as made into the Booboir dress and accessories designed by an up and coming fashion designer. The Booboir dress and installation will be sold at auction and the proceeds will go to Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

Booboir is an art project that is fun and full of goodness. If you donate your old bras and help make Booboir happen you will be helping to support the fight against breast cancer as well as being creative, which makes everybody happier.
